Please be at these training days by 8:45 so we can get the race started, some have been slowly coming later making in much more difficult to train effectively.
Good Luck to the K1 Racers at Poley this weekend, please meet you r coaches at the Poley Lodge at 8:30 ready to go.
K2 and Up please ensure you have registered with Rien to go to Mt.Restigouche race Feb 4/5 and also for Speed Camp. (Speed camp is first come first serve with limited spaces)
