Dry Land Training will occur this weekend on Sunday according to the last hand out, Please let me know if you plan on attending. I will look into switching it to Odell Park. Just need to call the park. Will let you all know by Thursday.
Dry Land Season Testing next Thursday at the Field House, all athletes are asked to attend this Dry Land to get our base line data. Anyone not attending is asked to contact me to make arrangements for another date.
