Dry Land Plans

To All Athletes: If you are not currently completing Dry Land with the Club I would like to have a list of what activities you are doing to presently prepare for the upcoming season. I can also send you some ski specific training activities to complete in your work outs if you need them. Please email rien.meesters@nbed.nb.ca with what you are doing, CMRC Dry Land or other.

Field Testing

Field Testing will occur Tuesday night at the field house. All athletes are asked to come to the training session. Please make all the efforts to be here to get this baseline testing done.

Dryland Testing/Training Cancelled

Due to the dance at Nassis Field House Testing for this week is postponed until next week. If the field house is closed due to the dance then there will be no dry land at all Thursday but if it is open we will run Dryland as normal.
