CMRC Bike-a-Thon

The bike-a-thon date has been set for Sunday September 23rd. The proposed route is to meet at Crabbe Mountain and Mountain Bike down either Greg's Way or the Family Trail meeting the logging road and the Trans-Canada Trail. The route from there is 15-20km trail riding back to the steel bridge over the Keswick Stream. Be sure to tell all your friends and come out for a great fun ride. There will be a BBQ at the end and prizes for a variety of riders.

What a great way to get into Ski Shape.

Also Bikes will now be offered at the Ski/Sports Sale in October. A limited number of bikes will be taken in for sale.

LOGO Contest

Dear Athletes,

CMRC is looking for a new logo for the club. This logo will be used on jackets, brochures, signs and on the Race Shack. We are opening up a competition for someone to design this new logo. There will be a prize awarded to the athlete with the best design. The logo must incorporate Crabbe Mountain and Ski Racing, must easily be copied (as it might need to be embroidered), must have the club colors of Blue, Black and Silver or White and must have not obscenities. Please submit your entries no later than September 16th as we are going to use the winning logo right away.

Please check email for new Dry Land and Nutrition Logs.

Thanks and see you soon,
Rien
