TREEGO

2nd Annual CMRC at Treego in Mataquac
Contact Heather Wilson (wilsonh@wilson.nb.ca)
Sunday October 17th
10 am - 1 pm

We have booked 30 spots for our club at Tree go for October 17, 2010. Please let me know if you are planning to attend this event so we can make sure we have adequate spaces blocked. My understanding is that this is a members only event for insurance reasons (of course parents are members) and we will need your completed ACA forms at or before.

The climb will go from 10-1 for the Adult course and 12-1 for the Kids course. It will be important to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of our booking to sign a waiver and get your equipment on.

We need parent volunteers for the kids course in a child:parent ratio of 3:1. Please let me know if you can help on the ground crew! We may try to organize a picnic to bring the team together after the event. We can vote on that closer to the event.

Cost per participant:
1. Kids course $15 (must be able to reach 4’ 7” from flat foot) typically 7+
2. Adult Course $22 (must be able to reach 5’11” from flat foot) 16 and under (teens)
3. Adult Course $27 (“ “ “ “ ) 17 and older

There are weight restrictions at 225 lbs for women and 260 lbs for men.

If you are planning to attend please reply to this email and be certain to indicate how many kids, teens and adults in your party. I look forward to hearing from you. It is sure to be a fun and challenging event!

Cheers Heather
