Training to Start Dec 18??

Possibility that training is on for Saturday morning, Dec 18th,  with top to bottom skiing down Gregs Way.  Head Coach Claude will send an update Friday, Dec 17th afternoon or evening to confirm.
Athletes are to meet outside the lodge at 9:30 for K1 and older and at 10am Entry level.

50 50 Draw

As many of you know,  one the fundraisers we use is the 50/50 draw held in the lodge each Saturday and Sunday.  The draws run from Jan 2nd to the end of March. The draws are very important for two reasons: They raise approx $2500 for the club each year and they also raise the profile of the club.  Being visible in the lodge will help to recruit new members.

This year there are 25 draw dates. Each draw is operated by two families.  Each family is asked to signup for two dates.  The signup sheet will be located in the Race Shack at the top of the Chair lift. Please select your two dates by Jan 2nd.  After the Jan 2nd  I will assign the open dates to those families who have yet to sign up.  Please contact me if for some reason you feel that you can't run any draws.  In previous years it was agreed that families in lieu of participating in the draws could contribute $100 to the Club as the draw averages that amount a day when done.  However, it is my sincere wish that all families participate. 

It is very important to contact me if you can't participate in a draw to which you are signed up. I need adequate notice to find alternates.

Once the list is complete, I will email it out to everyone.  I will be running the draw on Jan 2nd, so you are free to stop me and ask any questions.
